Great Fiber Product
I bought this for my wife and myself to work on meeting our fiber goals for the day. This product is great because it mixes effortlessly into any drink and is totally flavorless, even in water. Great for anybody and any body!

Easy way to add fiber
Mixes in well with yogurt, etc. Doesn't leave grit. Simply does what its suppose to do.

Fiber At its finest
I put this In my smoothies. I use just 1 tsp it last a long time and it helps to give you the fiber your body needs so you do not get constipated.

Add 1 teaspoon of Fitness Fiber to any beverage or food with a consistency that permits easy mixing. Sauces, dressings, soups, puddings, and cottage cheese are all good examples. Stir until thoroughly mixed. To assess your tolerance for extra dietary fiber, start with one serving per day, preferably with a meal. You can gradually add additional servings with other meals or protein shakes as needed.
