The product is awesome
You will notice difference immediately in muscle stamina allowing beastly workouts. The product may cause w tingly feeling on bottom of feet and hands but this for me just enhances my workout

Works great and tastes great too.
I'm sensitive to stimulants so I can't really take a full serving of preworkout. Adding in my own beta alanine helps me get that extra muscular endurance without added jitters. The fruit fusion flavor tastes really good and you definitely get the tingles.

Hey guys. I know like every pre workout has beta alanine in it but would it be beneficial to take this as well, just to add a little extra "umph" to my workouts? Or is that just a stupid ass question? I have no idea if you can "overdose" on beta alanine or what it's negative effects are in high quantities. Any help would be greatly appreciated, just trying to gain a little extra knowledge about different supps/ingredients (only take pre workout, whey, and BCAAs at the moment). Thanks.

BEST ANSWER: Hey Jake, the dosing is 6-12 GRAMS per day in divided doses so this is FINE! Take is in your PreWO, Post workout and one other time throughout the day and you are at 6-12 grams!
