As a dietary supplement, mix 1 level scoop (3000 mg) into favorite beverage on an empty stomach, or as directed by your qualified health consultant. Best if taken before sleep and on an empty stomach. Some items may be hygroscopic and may clump during shipment. This does not effect the efficacy of the product, but just the texture.
