MTS Nutrition Yohimbine HCL - Targeted Fat Loss Supplement

YOHIMBINE HCL INTRODUCTION

A lot of this information was learned from IFPA Pro Tommy Jeffers who was mentored by Lyle McDonald.

Yohimbe is harvested from trees grown in Africa and is used and sold as a supplement for fat loss and male sexuality. Yohimbine is a component of yohimbe and is the main alkaloid (and main active component) within yohimbe that produces the desired effects such as fat loss and male function (more shakin’ and bakin’).

We want the Yohimbine HCl—the ACTIVE EXTRACT-- not yohimbe bark which tends to not be accurately dosed. Thus, DO NOT BUY the bark, get the HCl version, as we make at MTS Nutrition. That way, we know what dose we are getting and can control the amount carefully, thus minimizing any side effects and maximizing results.

HOW DOES Y-HCL WORK?

Yohimbine works on the alpha receptors. Alpha receptors inhibit fat breakdown, so wherever they are abundant, you have a harder time losing fat in that area. For example, they are in high concentration in men’s lower back and abs and in women’s hips and thighs. Yohimbine HCl acts as an alpha receptor blocker. Since alpha receptors inhibit fat breakdown, and Yohimbine HCl inhibits alpha receptors, the net result is that you get an INCREASE in fat breakdown. Thus, you get a significant increase in fat breakdown directly from an area that normally is the hardest place to lose it from. This is one reason why trainers like myself ALWAYS have my clients use this precontest!

YOHIMBINE HCL DOSAGES

Based on the studies we have examined, I recommend working up to 0.2mg/Kg of bodyweight. So that means a 220lb bodybuilder (divide by 2.2 to get Kg) is 100Kg and would work up to a dose of 20mg of Yohimbine HCl, or eight capsules of MTS Nutrition Yohimbine HCl. I would typically start this person at one capsule and work up towards the full dose each consecutive session the person had no undesirable side effects.

As I was discussing with Joe Daniels of Swing This Kettlebells, Yohimbine HCl's effects work the best in the absence of insulin, and its effects start to diminish the more insulin is present. But this doesn’t mean that you cannot eat carbs! Insulin will usually be under control on a lower carb diet, like most trainers will put you on. Obviously, cardio first thing in the morning is a good time (with a scoop of MTS Nutrition Whey in your belly) and even post workout. What you can do is take the Yohimbine HCl DURING your weight training workout 15-20 minutes before you are done. Then, hop on the cardio post weights and BAM—FAT BLAST!

One of the most effective fat burners on the market.
In my last 6 weeks of prep, I swear by Yohimbine HCL and caffeine (I use Drop Factor) to help get the last bits of stubborn fat off my for my figure competitions. It can be a bit intense if you've never used it before, but if you build up gradually to the clinical dose, you will definitely see results.

Yohimbine HCL - 90 caps

BEST ANSWER: Eventually your body will build up a tolerance to these products and they can be less effective over time, therefore, I would suggest cycling off for 1-2 weeks between bottles.
My wife is looking for a supplement like this. Can women take this supplement?
A shopper on Jan 25, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Yes, women can take this. I take it first thing in the morning before doing a cardio session and I definitely feel like I have more energy. I'm sweating like crazy by the time I finish my session.
Can I take this with MTS Drop Factor? Or will this be too much? ( I don't take fat burners, pre work out or coffee so my body will not be use to caffeine or the jitters"
Danzel D on Aug 18, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I currently take it with Pre Gro and my body handles it well. No jitters to speak of. But without a doubt elevates the heart rate. I take as directed and I believe this has been the best fat loss supplements I've taken. I have never sweat more off of any other pill. Yohimbine is a solid supplement and for the price can't be beat!
I weight 150 pounds how many should I take?
Jesenia Z on Sep 12, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Always start easy and asses your tolerance. I would start 1 capsule, once a day for at least three to five days. Then 1 capsule twice a day for at least a week. Move up to 2 capsules on the morning and 1 later in the day. At 150 pounds I don't know that I would go more than that. I know Marc has also done You Yube videos on proper Yomibe dosing and gone over when to take when stacking other Fat Burning products.
Can you use this without using mts drop factor? Is it still going to be effective?
A shopper on May 16, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Yep. MTS Yohimbine is a great inexpensive yet very effective standalone product. I recommend to take the majority of your daily dose pre-cardio. Also as you may know, MTS Machine Fuel (BCAA's) are great anytime but especially while dieting or in a calorie deficit. Enjoy!

I weigh 162 LBS what is the dosage I should take?
A shopper on Jul 4, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Recommended dosage for yohimbine hcl
Is .2 mg per kilogram of weight. Since you're 162 that puts you about 73kg which means you'd take a total dosage per day of 14.6 mg. Since the capsules are 2.5mg each that means 5-6 capsules per day. I recommend splitting it into two dosages, one of them pre cardio. If you do cardio post workout, take a
dose about 20 minutes before you start. Remember yohimbine only works in low low insulin levels so at LEAST 30-45 minutes before or after any food has hit the system. Works best with fasted cardio and post-workout cardio. Done right, stuff works like magic for trouble spots, particularly my lower back and abs. Keep it consistent and you'll see awesome results!
Is Yohimbine considered a banned substance as ler WADA regulations? I can't find it in the 2017 version but I have heard it was banned. I am competiting in tested bikini and they run pee tests on winners. Thanks

BEST ANSWER: I have not but you could, just watch the overall amount of caffeine you're intaking.. Remember - "nothing works unless you do". Good luck!

i work at night and get off in the morning but when I get off I got to the gym pretty much immediately. when should I take it?
chriz180 on May 9, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Doesn't matter too much when you take it as long as you take it with two factors.
1. Get the dosage right. .2 mg/kg of body weight, usually spilt in two dosages throughout the day.
2. Take when insulin is lowest in the body eg. when you haven't eaten for at least an hour, preferably more.
So if for example you don cardio after weights you could take the yohimbine to the gym and pop it about 20 minutes before you started your cardio. Then take it some other time of day in between meals.
Can this be stacked with Peak Physicor?
