Difference maker!!!
So first thing with my review, I always put my current stats, macros, and supplements, because when I get done reading reviews, I always want to know who is posting what and how they compare to me.
190 lbs. Started 30 days @ 187 lbs.
200 grams Carbs

Core Burn on fasted cardio days (one serving) two to three days a week
Core ABC 2 serves a day (one during workout)
Pre-workout meal:
Core MRP (one serving), half cup oats, tablespoon honey, and one banana

Ok to start off, I am not 100% sure what or how PA7 works in reference to building lean mass, but if you are like me, I love to try new things that might aid me in my endeavor of gaining lean mass. At first I was skeptical, mainly because of the price, and in the end decided to give it a shot. I can tell you this, I will continue this product until I stop seeing the affects that it produces. Unsure of exactly how PA7 works, I can only tell you what I noticed with the product and the effect I had taking it.
I would nickname PA7 the deliverer. I took the four capsule pre-workout with my existing pre-workout and to me it delivered the products into my system more. The focus, pump, and endurance of my workouts was set to another level. Lifts went up and soreness went down, which led me to believe that the effect of PA7 was still very apparent post workout with my shake and the delivery of those nutrients to hit my muscles faster for recovery. I made sure to not change a thing during the 30 day trial so that I may gage exactly how PA7 would benefit me. I only gained three pounds, but I also started to see my abs more during that period, which leads me to believe it was all lean gains. Added ten pounds to my deadlift, 20 pounds to my squat, and 30 pounds to my military press and flat bench. Prior to PA7 I was stuck with maybe and I do mean maybe, gaining 5 pounds to a single lift every month. So in closing, I would highly recommend that you give this product a shot and see if you can make the same benefit as I did. Keep in mind, not every product works the same for everyone, but it might also work better for you than me or another person.

Well Worth It
Dosage: Took the full dose of 4 pills a day for 6/7 days of the week.

PRO's: I used it over the past month while on a bulk, so I can't make any comments regarding the claims it makes on a cut. However, I CAN tell you it helped me break through some plateaus which I was stuck at for at least 6 weeks. For example, I was only at 275 for a single on bench as my last working set. Now, I'm able to hit it for 2-3.

CON's: Price. It is a little pricey, but you know there's quality ingredients that have been tested each and every way, so I can appreciate where the costs are coming from.

Would I recommend it? Absolutely. If you have the cash, and are at a plateau with a lift, or two, this would be the first product I'd recommend

Well Worth The Investment
I was a bit curious about the product when I first heard about how great it was from so many people...including from the video that I saw on Tiger Fitness with Marc and Big Homie Sean about PA(7). I had to find out for myself just how good PA(7) was....and man did I. I noticed the difference in my training the first day.

My Strength increased, my endurance levels spiked during my tough cardio/hiit sessions, and my recovery time was a lot quicker than normal. PA(7) is so worth the hype and definitely worth the investment. HPN has totally outdone themselves making this product.

PA (7) - I love this product because it really gives me that pump and vascularity during my workouts, and I keep that feeling throughout the rest of the day. Really helps give my workouts and extra "oomph" when I am trying to power through some of my more weight intensive workouts. The best part for me is the fuller feeling in your muscles and increased strength gain. After a couple of weeks there was a noticeable 20 - 30% increase in amount of weight I was lifting. Really great to push you past plateaus at the gym!

PA (7) for the heavy training days
Although PA (7) isn't a product to necessarily cycle. I only take it in my morning stack on training days with the heaviest load. I'm currently doing a Hypertrophy based program as the strength support for my Triathlon training. Needing to maintain mass for my next season of Rugby this helps mediate workouts when I pushing my hardest.

Such as Running and Lower Body Push.

Great Product
After finishing my bottle of HPN PA(7) mTOR Elevation Mediator I knew that Sean had put something together that truly worked! Upon completing the bottle I took the time to review my notes of how I progressed in terms of both body weight and performance in the gym. My performance was what stuck out the most! I was able to increase my working weights by 10lbs with my barbell rows, overhead db presses, db bench press, and squats. This increase in strength has not only helped me push past personal sticking points, but help enable me to prompt a positive body re-composition! Body weight increased by 3lbs, while dropping body fat!

As this was the first time ever implementing a Phosphatidic Acid product into my supplement regimen, I was skeptical to say the least. I had watched all of the videos that Sean and HPN put out, read the research, and adjusted my training/nutrition accordingly in hope to maximize the product effectively. I even went as far as emailing Sean to ask further questions. Man! Am I glad I went ahead and purchased this product! It works, plain and simple! There is no question!

Do I believe that this product works? Yes. Do I think that in order to get the most out of this product that you need to be willing to work? YES! Make no mistake about it, in order to get where you want to be you're going to have to push yourself, and use various training principals along with proper nutrition, and supplementation to recover faster, train harder, and be your best. PA(7) helps with all of those variables!

I can say that this was my first time use a product by HPN, and I will continue to use not only PA(7), but their other products as well!

BEST ANSWER: Insurgent and barracuda is powerful in regards to labido. I started working in 2 or 3 days. It works so much that my wife says she will make sure we don't run out. I bought it to help me keep my Gains while I'm cutting. It's been 8 weeks so far so good. The HPN is going to be icing on the cake cutting or bulking. Your body is going to perform like a machine as long as you eat and rest. Hope this helps.

BEST ANSWER: It does not matter. Two completely different products. PA7 might even help the effects of the glycolog. It helps with just about everything.
How well does this stack with preworkouts e.g. Pre Kaged, Clash?

BEST ANSWER: For me it makes the preworkouts stronger. I call it a delivery system for your supplements. I had a pretty good tolerance built up to preworkouts until I started using PA7.
Do i take it on days i don't train?

BEST ANSWER: I take it every day. It claims to boost protein synthesis, which you still want to happen on your days off. Tiger Fitness released a video recently about it on their YouTube channel and they do mention that they only recommend stop taking it if you are taking a deload week.

For Light to Moderate Training:Take 3 capsules per day immediately upon waking or 30 minutes to 1 hour before exercise. Start with this dosage and increase to the full dosage of 5 capsules per day if desired.For Intense Training:On workout/training days (up to 6 days per week) take 5 capsules of PA(7), 30 minutes to 1 hour before workout/training session.
