Ok to start off, I am not 100% sure what or how PA7 works in reference to building lean mass, but if you are like me, I love to try new things that might aid me in my endeavor of gaining lean mass. At first I was skeptical, mainly because of the price, and in the end decided to give it a shot. I can tell you this, I will continue this product until I stop seeing the affects that it produces. Unsure of exactly how PA7 works, I can only tell you what I noticed with the product and the effect I had taking it.
I would nickname PA7 the deliverer. I took the four capsule pre-workout with my existing pre-workout and to me it delivered the products into my system more. The focus, pump, and endurance of my workouts was set to another level. Lifts went up and soreness went down, which led me to believe that the effect of PA7 was still very apparent post workout with my shake and the delivery of those nutrients to hit my muscles faster for recovery. I made sure to not change a thing during the 30 day trial so that I may gage exactly how PA7 would benefit me. I only gained three pounds, but I also started to see my abs more during that period, which leads me to believe it was all lean gains. Added ten pounds to my deadlift, 20 pounds to my squat, and 30 pounds to my military press and flat bench. Prior to PA7 I was stuck with maybe and I do mean maybe, gaining 5 pounds to a single lift every month. So in closing, I would highly recommend that you give this product a shot and see if you can make the same benefit as I did. Keep in mind, not every product works the same for everyone, but it might also work better for you than me or another person.
PRO's: I used it over the past month while on a bulk, so I can't make any comments regarding the claims it makes on a cut. However, I CAN tell you it helped me break through some plateaus which I was stuck at for at least 6 weeks. For example, I was only at 275 for a single on bench as my last working set. Now, I'm able to hit it for 2-3.
CON's: Price. It is a little pricey, but you know there's quality ingredients that have been tested each and every way, so I can appreciate where the costs are coming from.
Would I recommend it? Absolutely. If you have the cash, and are at a plateau with a lift, or two, this would be the first product I'd recommend
My Strength increased, my endurance levels spiked during my tough cardio/hiit sessions, and my recovery time was a lot quicker than normal. PA(7) is so worth the hype and definitely worth the investment. HPN has totally outdone themselves making this product.

As this was the first time ever implementing a Phosphatidic Acid product into my supplement regimen, I was skeptical to say the least. I had watched all of the videos that Sean and HPN put out, read the research, and adjusted my training/nutrition accordingly in hope to maximize the product effectively. I even went as far as emailing Sean to ask further questions. Man! Am I glad I went ahead and purchased this product! It works, plain and simple! There is no question!
Do I believe that this product works? Yes. Do I think that in order to get the most out of this product that you need to be willing to work? YES! Make no mistake about it, in order to get where you want to be you're going to have to push yourself, and use various training principals along with proper nutrition, and supplementation to recover faster, train harder, and be your best. PA(7) helps with all of those variables!
I can say that this was my first time use a product by HPN, and I will continue to use not only PA(7), but their other products as well!

For Light to Moderate Training: Take 3 capsules per day immediately upon waking or 30 minutes to 1 hour before exercise. Start with this dosage and increase to the full dosage of 5 capsules per day if desired. For Intense Training: On workout/training days (up to 6 days per week) take 5 capsules of PA(7), 30 minutes to 1 hour before workout/training session.
