Take one serving (2 Capsules) with an 8 oz glass of water 30-45 mins before breakfast and/or lunch. Morning: Take two (1-2) capsules with 8 oz of water 30-45 mins before breakfast. Afternoon: Take two (1-2) capsules with 8 oz of water 30-45 mins before lunch. Drink a minimum of 1 gallon of water per day while using this product. This product should not be taken within 6 hours of going to bed.
