Fudge Brownie Bites
Nutrition per serving (1 brownie)
MTS Whey Cookies & Cream – 2 scoops
Oat Flour- ¼ cup
Cooked (and cooled) sweet potato without the skin – 150 grams
Plain Greek Yogurt- 50 grams
2 tbsp Unsweetened Baking Cocoa
1 large egg
1 egg white
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp Splenda
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until everything is well blended into a brownie batter consistency.
Spread batter evenly into a square 8x8 baking dish (sprayed). Cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Allow to cool before slicing and serving. Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
