Easy-To-Make Protein French Toast
Nutritionals for 4 slices
- Protein - 41 g
- Carbs - 47g
- Fat - 9g
Mix ingredients in a shaker cup:
- 4 oz unsweetened cashew milk
- 1 whole egg
- 2 packets Stevia
- dash of cinnamon
- 3/4 scoop MTS All-Natural Vanilla Isolate or MTS Machine Whey
Pour mixture into a bowl & dunk bread into the mixture then cover both sides.
Cook on the stovetop in a pan and enjoy!
