Finally

I've been looking EVERYWHERE for something different for a chest routine. I'm a certified trainer but sometimes you need a different perspective and this has really kicked it up. I'm already seeing strength and size gains. This is a really thought through program and not some cookie cutter IG plan. Try this to break that plateau you will really enjoy it.

Words not enough

My experience was superb. Don't know if people from abroad qualify for this. I'm not writing the review for $100. But sincerely wanna thank Marc for his help for people like me. Any person would charge bomb for his free book but he gave for free. Even if he charged wouldn't mind buying coz his info is gold. First let me say how outstanding this company is. They are 100% customer service oriented and have the supplements and gear most sites do not. I just recently began the training regimen outlined in the 12 Weeks to a Bigger Chest, and it has been tough but I am starting to see the results both in the weight room and in the mirror.

My experience with this program has been great! I really like how you keep the same exercises the whole time and just change the rep ranges and intensity techniques. Have really been able to progress on the exercises and chest has just blown up!!
