Macadamia Nut Oil has the

Macadamia Nut Oil has the perfect ratio of Omega 3 to Omega 6, which is 1 to 1. There is only one more oil out there as good: Camelina Oil which has 2:1, and it is great too, but the flavor of Macadamia nut is the best flavor, very buttery! It has such a high cook temperature, that it makes it much more stable and doesn't go rancid for at least 3 years, not so with olive oil, which has a much lower cook point. Macadamia nut oil doesn't congeal when stored in the refrigerator or when used in your homemade salad dressings.

I really like macadamia nut oil. It tastes really good in shakes and amazing when I make MTS sludge with it!
