I quit drinking years ago, 2 years sober and have had issues sleeping well since. I’ve taken everything from generic sleep aids, nightly melatonin, to prescription off labeling sleep meds with some success. After trying multiple bodybuilding supplements for sleep/recovery like soma from HTP and knocked the F out from 5%. Anesthetized is hands down to BEST option! Do yourself a favor and get a tub or two! I take it with growth from Blackstone Labs 30-45 mins before lights out. Also, I feel more energized and ready for my day, in and out of the gym, even after only 5-6 hours of sleep with a scoop of this stuff!
