Real good pre

This is the only pre-workout I take I like to use the non-stem-free ones and expansion fits in I also stack it with vasky

Decent non stim pre workout (read for explanation)

Ive been using Sniper and Clash 3d (and other stimulant pre workouts before) for years and I felt like I needed to take a break because I wasn't getting the same response from them. I've heard Marc preach about this stuff so I figured I would give it a try and give my body a break from caffeine. I will say its a decent pre workout..it will def get you through your workout...90 min or so without any crash afterwards. Its good because you can still sleep at night if your workout is running late. For me personally, I wouldn't compare it to Sniper or Clash 3D....I love those 2 products. I feel like I have more intense energy...sweat more..and better workouts when I use those 2 products. Granted it probably has alot to do with the caffeine...and personally...I love the feelings I get from beta alinine...but to each their own. For someone looking to take a 30 day break from stims ..Id recommend this product

Expansion

I like taking stim-pre workouts to add to my workouts if I'm doing something later in the evening. I have noticed more vascularity when working out so that in itself fuels my workout. Great taste and overall I'm liking the results!
