Limited to 2 days but those days I se as recovery days. I hate 12-16 hours shifts btw

I try to hit the gym 4-5 days a week. Chest/bis, back/tris, legs, Chest/shoulders, off but cardio.

With all my health problems I average 3 a week.

Weight train every week day, I used to train 6-7 days a week before having a child.. I now try to spend quality time with my family on the weekends. We try to do something active each day, even if it is just walking around the neighborhood.

Seems to be the average

Yea, you don’t nessessarily have to do weight training everyday. But you can be active on the other days and do light activity

Brennen Pacheco - January 11, 2019

I technically train everyday, but only weight train four of those days. I do light yoga and stretching on day 7. As long as your nervous system doesn’t burn out it’s ok to “train” everyday. If you are sleeping and eating badly than you will burn out quickly, and when you start to notice you are getting weaker in the gym than that is a sign you are hitting adrenal fatigue

I used to do 6-7 days a week, but cut back to 5 so I could recover better and hit my workouts with more intensity, and have seen better progress.
