What Was Your Life Like Before Your Transformation?
I played football for 15 years of my life and I was always a big kid. My sophomore season I tore my knee apart and got up to 316 pounds and felt awful both mentally and physically. I decided it was time for a change.
After football, I began researching how to eat and train as opposed to dieting and rebounding.
My major turning point was stepping on the scale and seeing a number above 300lbs.
What Were Your Major Struggles or Challenges?
Staying focused on my mission while being a full-time student and working in order to pay for things, i.e. food and life.

Detail Your Workout and Cardio Plan During Your Transformation
I would do about 40 minutes of cardio a day and never less than 20. I would train a typical 6 day split resting on Sunday but still doing active recovery.
Once I dropped the first 40lbs my mobility improved so did my training.
Detail Your Diet/Eating Plan During Your Transformation
Bro food. Complex carbs, lean proteins, healthy fats. After a while, I would experiment with different foods in order to break plateaus and different diets such as Keto and Paleo.

What Was Your Major Accomplishment, or Major Milestones?
A major milestone has been the biggest thing I've accomplished in my weight loss journey and that's keeping the weight off for 4 years now.

You can do it. We all can do it. At the end of the day you have to be a little selfish and a little self-servicing but your true friends and the people who care will be there after just as they were before.
Surround yourself with like-minded people and always be humble when you see someone else working hard because they might have been where you were once, so lend a hand.

- Not listening to my body and resting.
- Thinking too much.
- Partying in college.
- Never give up because you never know who you're motivating.
- You're going to have bad days: what separates you is how you handle it.
- Also be open to trying new things and listen.
