2 scoops of MTS Machine Whey Pumpkin Pie
1 can of pure pumpkin
12 ounces of milk (cashew, almond, oat, normal)
3/4 cup liquid egg whites
1 tablespoon of pumpkin spice
1 tablespoon of vanilla
Dab of cinnamon
3/4 cup of Splenda
Bake at 350* for 50-55 minutes.
