Apple Pie PROTEIN Donuts!


Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F

Mix: 1 1/2 scoops MTS American Apple Pie

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • cinnamon
  • dash of salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup Splenda
  • whole egg
  • 1 medium shredded apple
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1 tbs melted butter

Put batter in donut pan then in the oven for 10 minutes at 350F 

Protein - 9g

Carbs - 16g

Fat - 3.5g
