When to take?
Macrolution MRP: Anytime you need a meal, morning, noon, night or in between. As a Meal Replacement Powder, Mix 1-2 Scoops in 6-12 ounces of water or your favorite beverage of choice. Shake or Blend until your desired consistency is achieved.
ON Gold Standard Pre-Workout: Mix each scoop with 6-8 oz of water and consume 20-30 minutes before training. Start with 1 scoop or less to assess your tolerance. DO NOT EXCEED 2 SCOOPS PER DAY.
Intra-Pump: Consume throughout the duration of a workout. Take an additional serving or two throughout the day to encourage water consumption and promote quicker muscle recovery.
Machine Greens + Multi: As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop with 6-8 ounces of water or your beverage of choice. Mix thoroughly using a blender or shaker bottle. Take one serving per day. Or if you prefer capsules take 6 throughout your day.
MTS Fish Oil: As a dietary supplement, take 1 softgel per day with a meal or as directed by a health practioner. Keep out of direct sunlight. Store in a cool, dry place.
