When to take it?
Drop Factor X: Start with THREE Capsules of Drop Factor X upon waking. Once you can tolerate three capsules, increase to three capsules upon waking and three capsules 6-8 hours later (NOT to be within 5 hours of bedtime).
Core Hard: Take 1 capsule 2-3 times per day. For optimal results, take 1 capsule upon waking, 1 capsule midday, and 1 capsule before bed. Do not exceed 4 capsules in a 24-hour period. For best results, use for 4-8 weeks. Do not use for longer than 8 continuous weeks without taking a 4-week break.
