What is it?

In one serving, you receive effectively what other performance products deliver in two: a full clinical serving of creatine monohydrate, l-citrulline, and l-tyrosine. And then, because we’re Core Nutritionals, we throw in a full energy blend with two molecularly similar but pharmacologically-distinct extracts of Camellia kucha (TeaCrine® and Dynamine®), caffeine, and choline.
When to take?
Core MRP: Whenever you are hungry for a meal just add 2 scoops to 8-16 ounces of cold water (according to preferred thickness and flavor) and shake or stir until mixed. 3 scoops can be used if more macronutrients are required. Core MRP also tastes great as a pudding; just add enough water to turn it into pudding consistency, stir together with a spoon, and place in a refrigerator or freezer for 20 minutes. Core MRP is also suitable for use in baking.
Core ABC: Mix 2 scoops in 16-32 oz of water and shake well. Adjust water level according to taste. Consume immediately before and during training. Additional servings can be taken throughout the day to maximize effectiveness.
Fury X: Mix 2 scoops with 16 ounces of water and consume approximately 15-30 minutes prior to your workout. To assess tolerance, new users may want to start with 1 scoop (1/2 serving).
