FlapJacked was conceived by founders Jennifer and Dave Bacon to provide their children with quality breakfast food containing no preservatives or artificial ingredients but packed ample taste. The ambitious parents took matters into their own hands and went to the kitchen to create foods based on quality protein, sweetened with fruits and veggies added for the essential micro-nutrients. 

FlapJacked seeks to provide even the busiest of individuals and families with products that are not only great-tasting, but exceed the toughest nutrient demands.
