Intra-workout Hydration!

got this with some reward points, and the rainbow sherbet flavor tastes great! After trying Machine Fuel, I wanted to see how O15 stacked up. This not only gives BCAAs while training, but also provides carbs to help further fuel your sessions as well. Flavor reminds me of ice cream, and I'm a fan of fruity flavors. My lifts seemed more consistent and tempo for sets seemed better with the additional carbs to keep my energy levels steady. These you can sip during workout and throughout the day, and I'd say it's a relatively even split between this and MTS Machine Fuel. if you don't want extra carbs throughout the day, you'd probably prefer Machine Fuel, since it's primarily BCAA and hydration based formula, but if you're looking to keep energy levels high throughout your more intense workouts, these extra carbs will help!

Nothing exciting

I’ll finish the tub I got, but it terms of flavor it’s really not that good. This is my first time trying a Carbs/Aminos product though. Still, recovery is good, but taste is 4/10

Not a fan

Doesn't mix well and the flavor is too overpowering. I used a half scoop and it still doesn't mix. Always have leftover powder settling in the bottom. Machine Fuel is 100x better.
