I started using this little book about 4 years ago and haven't strayed away from it since. I re-order/pick these up constantly and it makes it very easy to track my progress over the years. I don't use the food portion anymore but when I did it worked well to keep me on track and honest with myself about what I was eating.

You can never beat the old fashion pen and paper. I have used an app to track my workout progress, but it is not as good as seeing it written down in ink.

This Little book has been wonderful

I can see and track my progress and keep myself honest with diet. I haven't used a diary before but this has really been useful.
