If you want to gain mass (weight), typically you want it to be quality mass, meaning mostly muscle. This is easier said than done, particularly if you are very active, such as an athlete who trains twice a day or a delivery driver who lifts heavy appliances up and down stairs. To be successful, you’ve got to train hard and eat lots of quality calories. MMU makes the latter easier and more enjoyable.
Beverly's mass maker is the best weight gaining protein I've ever used in all my years of training. It never bothers your stomach and I give it to all my clients, I even train a guy that is lactose intolerant and he takes mass maker with no problems! It's great stuff
I got the vanilla kind and it is awesome! I make protein pudding out of it everyday and this literally taste like cake batter. Perfect amount of balanced macros too. Great meal replacement. Cant go wrong with this buy. Tiger Fitness also does a great job at getting you their products very quick :)
I highly doubt I will get $100 dollars to review this product because I never do, but this is a great product. All of Beverly's stuff is great you really cant go wrong with any of them. This has a very balanced amount of Macros. IIFYM friendly!
