What Were Your Major Struggles or Challenges?
Major struggles would have to be the lack of energy at the start. I was used to all sorts of fats and sugars. It took my a while to adjust.
The challenges were at the start not seeing results, But over time I started to, which made me keep going.

In the morning I would do 20 minutes of cardio. Then at night I would go back for weightlifting and a bit more cardio. At the time I didn't have a job so I had time to do it.

Low calorie at the start. Under 1500 calories per day for a good while. Bodybuilder-type meals like brown rice, chicken, oatmeal, etc.
