Cedric McMillan is an IFBB professional bodybuilder born in New Jersey. He had a passion for bodybuilding from his early years when he drew pictures of muscular physiques and gained a fascination with the sport.

Eventually, McMillan realized his dream of becoming a professional bodybuilder. He felt great pride to grace the stage next to so many legends of the sport.

Cedric was additionally inspired after watching the movie Conan The Barbarian with Arnold Schwarzenegger in the main role. He states that Arnold was his first bodybuilding idol.

As the years developed, Cedric’s physique developed too. It was his neighbor that introduced him to the bodybuilding lifestyle and gave him the proper training routines and programs.

While serving in the armed forces, McMillan made the decision to enter his first competition which was the NPC South Carolina in 2007. He won in the super heavyweight category.

In 2008, McMillan won the NPC Junior USA and after that in 2009 took the first prize at the NPC Nationals, all in the same (super heavyweight) category.

In 2009 McMillan got his Pro Card, right after dominating the amateur leagues. Since then, he has built a solid reputation around his huge physique and has been especially known for his amazing definition and massive muscular size.

Some of the greatest wins for Cedric McMillan were the FIBO Power Germany in 2013 and the 2014 Golden State Pro. His greatest achievement was to compete at the Olympia Weekend in 2013, where he stood next to the legends of modern bodybuilding and placed 12th.

McMillan’s story of success is certainly one to remember - for which he goes in the books as one of the hardest working bodybuilders in the modern era. Year after year, his body developed and McMillan added more muscle.
