Dalton Campbell

I am an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, with a BS in Biology and Nutrition and Wellness from Bridgewater College in beautiful Bridgewater, Virginia. I have been an athlete since I was a kid, playing six sports in high school!

In college, I played golf and ran track before I began bodybuilding. Once I started bodybuilding, I fell in love with the sport and decided to enter my first contest. I competed, but did not place in the 2014 OCB Beach Classic. I competed in the physique category, and decided to compete in bodybuilding instead after the contest.

I love the lifestyle, and many of my research efforts and reports in college came from topics that could be applied to bodybuilding training, nutrition, and supplementation. I am currently competing in the ANBF and love the work that Marc and Kent Bierly have done there! Supplying the bodybuilding community with the pure facts and allowing the athletes to decide actions and paths from there is how I approach my articles and information.
