How should I take intensity?
Take Intensity 20-30 minutes prior to workout. To assess tolerance, start at 1/2 scoop and increase by 1/2 scoop until you reach the maximum dose of 2 scoops. For the ultimate training experience, consume 1-2 scoops with 8-16 ounces of water.
How much caffeine is in Intensity?
Intesity uses three different forms of caffeine! Between all three, there is about 400mg of caffeine in a single scoop.
