Question: What USA Shipping Methods Do You Have?
Answer: Over the years we have researched many shipping methods. We have chosen the absolute best for our customers! We only ship with the USPS Priority Mail and FedEx.

We are located in Cincinnati, OH which is a great location for shipping in the United States. Most orders arrive between 1 and 3 business days with only the west coast taking 4 business days with a few small exceptions. The map below is to give you a basic idea of normal Standard Ground transit times in the U.S.

Available USA Shipping Methods:

FedEX Shipping Map

  • Priority 1-3 Business Days: Many shipments arrive in 1 day and they even deliver on Saturdays! With other shipping companies, they may say 3 days delivery time, but that almost never counts Saturdays, so the delivery time is usually much longer. There is basic delivery confirmation and tracking on all Priority packages that you can track by logging into your Tiger Fitness account. If you want your package shipped to a P.O. Box you must pick Priority Shipping.


  • Standard Ground 2-5 Business Days: Standard Ground packages will also have full tracking information just like Priority packages, it may just be a little slower. Standard Ground delivers to businesses Monday-Friday and to all non businesses on Tuesday-Saturday.

  • Flat-Rate Ground 3-8 Business Days: Flat-Rate Ground packages will have full tracking information like all our other packages, it may just take a couple extra days to receive your order. Rates for this service are subject to change, but is usually around $8.99.

Question: What Are Your USA Shipping Rates?
Answer:

  • Priority Shipping 1 - 3 Business Days starting at $5.35! This shipment method only takes 1 - 3 business days and even includes Saturdays! The rates for Priority Shipping are based on the weight of the package and final destination. Depending on what is in your shopping basket, the rate will be different. To find out what the fee will be for your order, simply click ADD TO CART next to the products you want to put in your shopping cart. On that first shopping cart page it will show you the full shipping rates. We don't hide the rates on the last checkout page like other companies!
  • Standard Ground 2 - 5 Business Days starting at $7.50! Standard Ground is the best option for heavy shipments, like large bottles of protein, and Monster Energy Drink Cases. The rates for Standard Ground are based on the weight of the package.
  • Flat-Rate Ground 3-8 Business Days: This service is not always available, but when it is, it is typically around $8.99 for packages over $99 (before shipping charges), and under 20-25lbs. This service is only available for the Continental 48 United States.

Don't be fooled by other sites that LOOK like they have great prices or shipping fees, only to find out that their overall price is much higher than us! Sometimes a site will give you "free shipping" but then charge you a handling fee or charge you a higher price for the product. Other sites will give you a low price for the product, but then charge you an outrageous shipping or handling fee. We do not play games with our customers, you know the total cost on the 1st page!

Question: How Long Does USA Shipping Take?
Answer: We strive to ship your order out within 24 hours, usually much quicker. If you order before 4:15 p.m. EST, your order will most likely ship the SAME day! Our customers are constantly shocked by how fast we ship orders out. We understand that you want your products as fast as humanly possible. It is a rare occasion when an order doesn't ship out within 1 business day, but we will contact you to let you know why your order hasn't shipped if some action is required on your part. Please note that on, or around Holidays, processing times will be slowed down. Please also allow extra time over the weekend. Even though we do process and pack some orders over the weekend, it is not full operations like during the weekdays. You will get an e-mail from us when your order ships and it will include your shipping info along with your tracking numbers.

Question: Do You Ship On Saturdays Too?
Answer: Yes! Many people are surprised that we ship on Saturdays too. When most of our competitors are taking the weekend off, we are busy making sure your shipment gets out as soon as it can. We process all orders that are submitted before 12:00 noon EST. US Postal Service packages are picked up around 12:30 p.m. Remember Fedex will not pick up the package until Monday.

Question: Will I Be Notified When My Package Ships?
Answer: Yes! We will send you an e-mail as soon as your order ships. It will tell you where your products shipped from and it will give you other important information along with your tracking numbers. If your order can not ship for some reason, you will be notified within 1 business day.

Question: Will I Get A Tracking Number?
Answer: Yes! You will get a tracking number for all orders on our site. You will get an email with the tracking information as soon as the label for your package is printed. If you lose your shipping e-mail, you can still track your order by logging into our site and you can review your shipment that way. If for some reason your order has not arrived in the time it was scheduled, you can e-mail us at shipping@tigerfitness.com or phone at 1-877-397-3801 for info, and we can track it from here.

Question: Do You Ship To PO Boxes?
Answer: Yes, we can ship to PO boxes with no problem! You must choose the Priority Shipping option though.
Be sure that your PO box address is on file with your credit card company if you pay by credit card, in order to make sure there are no delays in shipping.

Question: Do You Ship To APO/FPO Military Addresses?
Answer: Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO military addresses with no problem! We have shipped thousands of orders to military addresses and many more every day. The shipping fees are the same as if you are shipping to the USA... not higher! You MUST choose the USPS Priority Military Mail shipping option as well as CHOOSE the United States as your Country even if you are stationed abroad.

How To Ship To Your APO/FPO Address

  1. First of all, be sure to choose the USPS Priority Mail shipping option. You do not need to choose the more expensive international options, no matter where you are!
  2. Use the following format for filling out the address form:
      Chris Smith
      Address Line 1
      Additional Address Info (If Needed)
      APO, AP 91645
      USA
  3. You do not need to enter in the actual city, state or country of where you are located. Enter APO or FPO for the city and AP or AE for the state, along with the United States as the counrty no matter where you're located.
  4. Be sure to submit your actual credit card billing address in the "billing address" section if the APO/FPO address is not on file with your credit card company. The APO/FPO address should go into the "shipping address" section.

You will be surprised at how fast your shipment arrives! Of course, it may take longer than 2 - 3 days if you are outside of the country, but it will still be there very quickly.

Question: When Will My Order Ship?
Answer: Our number one goal is to make sure you receive your package in as little time as possible! To do this, we make sure to ship your order out SUPER quick. We will e-mail you a shipping confirmation when your order ships.

  • If everything is in stock and you order before 4:15 p.m. EST Time, we will ship your order out THE SAME DAY! If your order after this time, your order will be packed/labeled and will ship out the next morning.
  • If part of your order is in stock, we will most likely ship part of your order out at the same schedule as above.
  • If your order is on backorder, we will ship your order the day that your items come in. If we do have a backorder, it is usually for only a few days at the most.
  • If a product you order is on pre-order your entire order will not ship until the pre-order product arrives. If you would like your other products shipped before the pre-order product you can either place separate orders, or you can contact customer service for more information about getting your other products shipped separately from the pre-order product.

Remember we even ship orders out on Saturday until noon!

Question: If Something Is Backordered, Do You Partial Ship For No Extra Charge?
Answer: In almost all cases, YES! Our goal has always been to get your order to you as fast as humanly possible. We pride ourselves on having almost everything in stock all the time, but some things are out of our control and cause items to be backordered. If you ordered more than one item, we will ship the items that are in stock the SAME day. When the backordered item comes in, we will ship it out that same day. We do this at NO extra charge to you! In some cases we may not partial the order if we know the backordered item will be in stock within 48 hours.

Most companies will try to save money and hold your order until it can ship complete. We know that even though you won't be happy that one item is out of stock, it is MUCH better to at least get the rest of the order on time!

Question: What Is A Dropship?
Answer: A dropship is a product ordered that ships directly from the original manufacturer, rather than from our warehouse. These items ordered are automatically forwarded to the manufacturer once your order is processed through our site. The dropships, being a mere 2% of the items we sell, are still as important as the items sent directly from our warehouse, and are assessed immediately to be shipped through them. All dropshipped items will have a Fedex Tracking number that you will be able to track through our site as well.

Question: My Tracking Information Shows my Package was Delivered but I did not Receive it, What do I do?
Answer: Notify the TF Support Team immediately. We will open an investigation with the shipping service that was used to send your package. We will reship out your order as soon as we can. We will only reship out one order per customer unless: the package is found and returned to us, or if we are reimbursed for the missing package. Note: If you have already had one package reshipped out to you and you have a second package that shows up as delivered but you did not receive it, please still contact us because if we can retrieve the lost package or be reimbursed we will be able to reship your order to you. These products are generally shipped from the manufacturer within 1 to 2 days of receiving the order and can take 2 to 6 business days for delivery, if not sooner. We will email the shipping status or the tracking information to you on all of these orders..

Question: What International Shipping Methods Are There?
Answer: We have worked hard to find the best possible international shipping methods! Our goal has always been to make it easy for people outside of the USA to order from us. We get many e-mails from customers who appreciate our fast and reliable international shipping.

We have experience shipping thousands of packages to almost every country in the world! We have found the best possible shipping methods for you.

In your shopping cart, you can choose the following:

  • International Priority Mail Service (5 - 10 Days): These shipments are delivered by your local post office and will take about 5 to 10 business days to arrive (not including time the package may spend in customs clearance). This method is also reliable. Tracking numbers are available to customers for all packages that are shipped with this method.
Delays are rare but will depend on the customs agency and rules in your country. Our customer service team will keep track of your shipment and work to make sure you receive your order quickly!

Note: Please do not use differing Bill To and Ship To information if you are outside the U.S. We cannot ship international orders with different Bill To and Ship To information.

Question: What Are The International Shipping Rates?
Answer: Our shipping rates are based on the weight of your package and its final destination. You will be able to see exactly how much you will have to pay in shipping before you enter any payment information. Just add the products you want to purchase to your cart, click on your cart, and then use our simple shipping calculator by entering your country, state/province, and postal code.

Question: Will You Ship ANY Product To My Country?
Answer: Honestly, it's impossible for us to keep on top of what is and is not allowed in every country. While we do our best to stay on top of Customs laws in most major shipping destinations, there are simply too many countries around the world with laws that change on a regular basis.

It is your responsibility to check if the products you have ordered are allowed in your country before you order. If your package is stopped by customs and returned to us, we can give you a full refund minus shipping and return shipping (if applicable) costs when we receive the package back. Unfortunately if your package is seized and destroyed we are not able to offer a refund.

Question: What Countries Do You NOT Ship To?
Answer: We'd love to ship to every country in the world, but unfortunately due to the amount fraudulent orders originating from some areas we have made some restrictions. Below is a list of the countries that we cannot ship to at this time.

Remember, we manually check every single international order we receive. If you're ordering internationally with us for the first tine, we may ask for some verification information. We ultimately have the right to decline sending any package to any customer that we believe to be acting fraudulently.

We DO ship to APO addresses no matter where they are!

Question: Do You Fraud Check All Orders?
Answer:Yes! We have many checks in place now to be as sure as we can that an order is not fraud. We will check your billing address, your IP address, your credit card information and much more. If you do place a fraudulent order, we will prosecute and contact the authorities in your area. Don't even think about submitting a fraudulent order. We do this to protect our good customers!

Question: What Happens If The Package Is Stopped By Customs?
Answer: Unfortunately, due to circumstances outside of our control, some international orders get stopped by the customs agency in your country. Please read our full disclaimer below.

Question: How Often Does Tigerfitness.com Ship Internationally?
Answer: We ship numerous packages internationally every single day! We really do have a ton of experience doing this and we will always work hard to get better and better at it. Our warehouse staff has been shipping internationally since 1998 so we have experienced it all.

Question: Will I Have To Pay Taxes Or Duties On The Shipment?
Answer: Sometimes packages may be stopped and inspected by Customs officials at the border of your country. In our experience these inspections are quick and easy, but in some cases it may cause a delay in your package arriving. Usually these delays will be shown in your tracking information.

If customs decides that your package cannot enter your country, it will be returned to us. In this case, you will be issued a full refund minus shipping and return shipping costs when we receive package back.

It's also important to understand that you may be charged duties & taxes by your government at the time of receiving the package (although based on our experience this is rare). The duties & taxes laws vary greatly from country to country, so it's best you check the laws in your country. If you refuse to pay the duties & takes charge when accepting the package it will be sent back to us and we'll refund you the full amount minus shipping and return shipping costs.

Question: What Currency Are Your Prices In?
Answer: All prices on our site are shown in US dollars. All foreign payments should be made in this currency. If you order by credit card, the credit card company will automatically convert your currency to US dollars and pay the appropriate amount.

We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside the United States. If you have any questions, we encourage you to speak with your customs office, although we will ship any products you order to the address you provide. The laws are different in every country, they change often, and we cannot keep up with them all. The responsibility is yours to check with your country's Customs office to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order) to your country.

We will do our part and follow the exact directions in your order. We will ship the products that you pick to the address that you provide. We will give you the best service and ship it very quick at the rates that we have agreed to on our site. If for whatever reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. Most orders make it through customs fine; however, most orders that are stopped are returned to us. Also, if the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for any shipping charges. You pay actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package. Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility.
