Tricreatine
Malate: is a highly soluble creatine salt that provides much greater
increase in creatine bioavailability over regular creatine
monohydrate. This compound is creatine bound to malic acid. Malic

I know FUEL INJECTION V12 is supposed to contain some revolutionary
new creatine compound in it but how much better is this new creatine
than creatine monohydrate. I mean after all creatine is creatine.

You are right when you say creatine is creatine. It is just that
creatine is the biggest breakthrough in our industry and if you can
improve on the biggest breakthrough then just think of the
possibilities. Nothing has been so well documented to increase
strength, endurance and lean body mass. Study after study confirms
that creatine effectively and dramatically increases anaerobic force
and aerobic performance. It is also well documented to enhance fat
free mass.
I
remember the first time I used creatine was back in '96 and I was a
manager of a Health Food Store. Needless to say creatine was HYPED!
This stuff was also very expensive. I think 300 grams was retailing
for around $70! Anyway since I got everything at cost I decided to
try it, after all I am looking for anything that will give me a safe
legal advantage. I began using Prolab's creatine monohydrate mixed

Creatine
is stored in skeletal muscle tissue in the form of creatine
phosphate or phosphorylcreatine. It functions by increasing ATP
(adenosine triphosphate) production, the body's energy substrate.

more ATP a body can generate the greater the performance in the gym.

Also,
I have not been able to find any concrete scientific documentation
of this but many people who report excess water retention between
the muscles and skin causing a smooth and bloated look from creatine
monohydrate report absolutely no water retention on Tricreatine
Malate. What I experienced myself while using V12 were muscles that
were noticeably bigger and fuller but I was tremendously more
vascular and looked much harder. My endurance and strength were just
mad. I don't quite know if it was just that my diet was cleaner or
what, but having held some water off of creatine monohydrate in the
past and the fact that I did not hold any subcontaneous water from
Tricreatine Malate or V12 made me extremely excited about the

Q:
What is glycocyamine? I know it is supposed to increase creatine
production but why do you need to increase creatine production if
you are already taking a creatine compound like in V12? Does it
really work?
A:
ABSOLUTELY without a shadow of a doubt it works and if you try it
you will know what I am talking about! I personally have used
Glycocyamine by itself and alone it works extremely well at
increasing muscle fullness and optimizing performance. Glycocyamine
or guanidino acetic acid is a naturally occurring compound and a
direct precursor to creatine. This happens through a process called
methylation and glycocyamine works specifically with betaine in the
formation of creatine. If you want Glycocyamine to increase
endogenous creatine production make sure it is being used with
betaine. The endogenous production of creatine from Glycocyamine
drastically increases stores of creatine phosphate in the muscle.
There is evidence that shows that this compound alone can increase
endogenous creatine production by 3 times. I believe that oral
creatine supplementation may block the body's natural creatine
production thus limiting the amount of creatine phosphate that is
able to get into the muscle and possibly explaining reports of only
marginal success by some individuals with creatine supplementation.
We want super natural amounts of creatine phosphate in the muscle.
The more creatine phosphate in the muscle the bigger and stronger
the muscle and the better it will perform. Tricreatine Malate and
Betaine-Glycocyamine supplementation gives you just that.
Cells
such as muscles that accumulate extremely high levels of creatine
phosphate are able to keep up the supply and demand of ATP
(adenosine triphosphate). ATP is the primary energy currency used as
in the flexing and contracting of muscles during weight training or

contractions of the muscles. So a primary goal to effectively
enhance performance is to completely saturate skeletal muscle tissue
with creatine phosphate. More creatine phosphate, better performance
equals dramatic results…NOW that's what I am talking about!
I
also forgot to mention this. Glycocyamine is also a potent glycemic
agent rivaling the effects of the prescription anti-hyper glycemic
drug Metformin aka glucophage. So you get potent glycemic
properties, causing more profound creatine phosphate storage in
skeletal muscles without the use of a bunch of sugar. Obviously
glycocyamine is a very big breakthrough. Think about. You can now
effectively mimic insulin's actions of creatine phosphate storage
without having to flood your body with 75 grams of sugar a whack.
Although 75 grams of sugar will spike insulin levels and increase
creatine phosphate in skeletal muscles you will have spillage of
sugar into adipose (fat) tissue. Ingesting excessive amounts of
sugar at one time will in the long run only get you fat. So by
taking a hydrosoluble creatine salt and glycocyamine together like
found in V12 you can get the effects increased creatine &

Q:
Can I use V12 while I am trying to cut up. I know it has creatine in
it and that creatine is best for bulking. My friend said I could use
V12 while I am trying to cut up but I don't understand. I thought
you were only supposed to use creatine for bulking. I am using
Pyroclen and Thyrocuts 2 right now and I just want to know if it is
OK to use V12 with it.

Your friend is right, you can take V12 while trying to cut up.
Please remember that V12 is not just a creatine product but a whole

Creatine
itself is calorie free so it is impossible for creatine to make you
fat, so there is no problem taking it while trying to cut up. The
only major concern from creatine monohydrate alone is subcontaneous

I just picked up a bottle of V12. The label says to take 2 servings
a day on workout days and only one on non-workout days. Why? What
would happen if I took more than 2 servings of day? And how do I use
it?

Hey more is better right? Especially with bodybuilders. If 2
servings works great than 6 must be better right? It is true that
sometimes higher doses of certain compounds is greater than what is
typically recommended on the labels of various products. In this
case however, 2 servings a day works great for everyone. You really
do not need more than this. Some people will still take more than
two servings a day and I have to admit that I have taken 4 a day
before to really juice it up. So you could go as high as 4 servings
a day, but anything more than this will not produce better results.
So never take more than 4 serving in any 24-hour period. The reason
why we recommend taking more on training days as opposed to
non-training days is that your body is under much more stress and
your metabolism is working harder and faster than the rest and
recovery days, so the added nutrient in V12 will help you maximize
your gains. It is important to take the product every day because it
helps get nutrients to where you want them…the muscle.
V12
is best used prior to training and about 30 minutes prior to a meal.
Taking it prior to training allows for better performance and
endurance in the gym helping to keep ATP levels buffered. Your pump
will be so intense you will not be able to stand it. I actually did
shoulders this morning and V12 has gotten me so strong that I am
able to continuously go heavier with more repetitions per set and
much less rest in between sets. I am hitting supersets like mad and
