| WHEN WILL YOUR PACKAGE BE SHIPPED OUT? |
The arrival of the package is determined by the in stock status of the item. Most orders will be processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours (1 - 2 business days) from the order date. Most domestic shipments are sent UPS Ground (1 to 8 business days) or United States Priority Mail (2 to 3 business days). If you order products that are out of stock, or have made a special order, we will hold it until the shipment is complete. Should you need the product right away and you can not wait for the whole order to be shipped together, let us know by E-mail and we will try to make accommodations for you.

Don't be fooled by other sites that LOOK like they have great prices on shipping fees, only to find out that their overall price is much higher than us! Sometimes a site will give you "free shipping" but then charge you a handling fee or charge you a higher price for the product. Other sites will give you a low price for the product, but then charge you an outrageous shipping or handling fee. We do not play games with our customers!
We have two popular USA shipping methods: USPS
and UPS. The rate types are the same but one might be cheaper than the
other, that is why we let you the customer pick your shipping
method. Here is an explanation.
Shipping Rates:
USPS Priority 2-3 Days: This shipment method only takes 2 - 3 days in most cases and that even counts Saturdays! The rates for the USPS Priority Mail are based on the weight of the package. Depending on what is in your shopping basket, the rate will be different. The heavier the package the more expensive the shipping will eventually be. Most orders will be charged between $5.55 to $9.99. To find out what the fee will be for your order, simply click on Check Shipping Options once the item is in your cart. This option will let you see the rates of the different carriers. We don't hide the rates on the last checkout page like some companies!
UPS Ground: This service takes between 1 - 7 business days, with most shipments arriving in 2 - 5 days since we are located in Cincinnati, Ohio. UPS Ground is usually cheaper for heavy shipments, like large containers of protein and Monster Cases. The fee for UPS Ground is calculated by weight and location of the order. We charge the exact cost of shipping UPS so there is never a hidden handling fee.

The shipping prices for all
international orders is based on the USPS calculator.
Tiger Fitness assumes no responsibility for
orders once they leave the United States. Tiger Fitness assumes no responsibility
for customs or duties. Customers are responsible to abide by their
country's importation laws and to know what may be restricted
according to their Customs agency. If an item is ordered that
happens to be illegal in your particular country and it is
confiscated, you are still responsible for full payment. Tracking
and proof of delivery of International Air Mail packages is almost
impossible and customs may not notify you the package has been
confiscated so you may still be responsible for the full value of
the order. If any International Order is sent back because the
country will not accept it, and, if Tiger Fitness receives it back
in good condition. We will credit your account the purchase price
minus any shipping & handling fees plus a 10% restocking fee.
This is because Tiger Fitness pays the shipping fee up front and it
is non-refundable. The restocking fee is for the time to process and
package the order. Please note: it may take longer than 30 days for
us to receive the package back plus the initial delivery time.
Since in some countries, such as Canada, a second shipping charge is required to ship the returned product back from customs. You may be given the option of having the product destroyed or returned to us by your custom's agency. You would have to make the decision on that one.
NOTICE! Due to the high amount of fraudulent orders we have received from various countries, we do NOT ship CREDIT CARD ORDERS to the following: Pakistan, Yugoslavia, Romania, Hungary, Egypt, Chile and Indonesia. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you live in one of these countries, you may send cash or a money order, in US dollars drawn on a US BANK, along with your address and what products you want.

We ship international orders by a variety USPS International Shipping methods which can take as long as 60 business days, but is normally 5 to 15 business days from order processing time). There are many different shipping zones and tables but we are able to calculate exact shipping charges before the order is placed and you will be able to choose your shipping method in you shopping cart. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Sorry for the trouble but the United States Post Office just changed the international mail system and caused those problems.
